How do I access my Course website?Step 1: Go to the York Courses website and choose Subject option under Search Current Courses By …
Step 2: Select the Session and the Subject you are looking for and click the Search Courses button.
Step 3: Choose from the courses listed by the Search Results and click the Course Schedule of the corresponding course.
Step 4: The list of sections of the selected course and their information will be displayed. Choose a section then click the corresponding Course website button under Notes/Additional Fees.
NOTE: Please check the correct section you are enrolled in before clicking on a Course website link because course websites may vary depending on the Section/Professor.
Step 5: Check the left sidebar for a link to a different website. Here is a list of the website links that you may see in the left sidebar:
Multi-Section Course website
If you see Multi-Section Course website on the sidebar as displayed on the right, click on it and it will redirect you to the Main Course Section wherein the Professor or Course Instructor uploads his/her material.
This usually happens when the Instructor handles 2 or more sections of a specific course.
Instructor, Publisher, Moodle or WebCT website
If the Instructor is using a different Website and the links you will see is displayed on the right, click on it and it will redirect you to the website wherein the Professor or Course Instructor uploads his/her material.
Instructor Website - Instructor has his/her own website
Publisher Website - Instructor is using sites such as: Captus, McGraw Hill, etc.
Moodle - Instructor’s Website is created thru Moodle
WebCT - Instructor is using WebCT for the websiteIf you do not see any of these in the sidebar, proceed to the next step.
Step 6: Click the Log in button on the upper right hand side using your Passport York Account
When you are logged-in, you will now see new options on the left sidebar. You can click on them to view the course content uploaded by your Course Instructor.
