| Sharpen and expand your human resources management (HR) skills while gaining specialized knowledge in a variety of related areas including organizational behaviour, training and development, planning, compensation, occupational health and safety, labour relations and recruitment. Through both in-class lectures as well as optional Internet-based learning, you are exposed to the key issues in HR management that will prepare you for a rewarding and challenging career in the field.
All nine courses (27 credits) in the certificate have been approved by the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO), and count as the academic component of the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. | |
