Bringing Canada alive in the classroom
Our professors come from a wide range of disciplines—sociology, political science, English, indigenous studies, cultural studies, environmental studies, human rights and equity studies, humanities, history, public policy and administration, social studies and visual arts—providing you with a truly interdisciplinary experience.
They bring their ongoing research on Canada into the classroom to enliven course material and discussion. Some of their areas of expertise include politics at home and abroad; women and health care reform; families and changing trends; literature and culture; the history of labour; renewable energies; and negotiating diasporic identities.
