Co-Director of Marketing and Promotions

Sahil Sansoya Sahil Sansoya

Sahil is currently in his third year studying in the BAS program specializing in Accounting. SCOLAPS has helped Sahil realize his potential as a student leader and hopes that it continues to foster leadership in future students. He believes that SCOLAPS truly is a vehicle to implement change for not only in the faculty but the University as a whole. As Co-Director, Sahil hopes to continue advocating for students and representing both the council and students in a positive manner.

Glynis D'Souza Glynis D'Souza

Glynis D'Souza is currently in her third year at York University studying Marketing. As Co-Director of Marketing and Promotions, she intends to bring together and integrate the students of York University towards student governance, raise awareness of academic matters and advocate the student voice. Her acute interest in these matters will enable SCOLAPS to push forward and develop in student affairs, evolving into better connectivity and engagement.

Director, Ian Greene Award for Teaching Excellence

Eva Petreska Eva Petreska

Eva is currently in her fourth year as a Law and Society student. Eva has been a part of SCOLAPS for the past 2 years, which is how her passion towards advocating for the students and representing the student voice has developed. Being the director of the Ian Greene Award this year Eva is honoured to overlook and manage such an outstanding award and believes it will be a remarkable experience.



LA&PS-SCOLAPS International Student Engagement Committee (LISEC) Director

Daniel Lee Gurteshwar Ahluwalia

Gurteshwar Singh Ahluwalia, a second year student at York, currently studying Administrative Studies. I am myself an international student therefore being the Director of International Engagement for LA&PS and SCOLAPS has a personal connection to me. I know what international students want from their representatives and I will make sure I meet the expectations of those who have elected me.
