Professor McKenna Awarded Most Outstanding Research Paper

Dr. Steve McKenna's paper entitled "Managerial narratives: A critical dialogical approach to managerial identity” published in Qualitative Research in Organizations and Management: An International Journal has been chosen as the Outstanding Paper Award Winner at the Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2011.

Dr. McKenna is an Associate Professor in the School of HRM.  His research interests cover global human resource management; global mobility and movement and critical approaches to human resource management.  He has published in the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Management International Review, Organization, Management Learning, Personnel Review and Career Development International, among others.
