About Us

NEW LOCATION: 103 Central Square

Advising is one of the crucial activities that support student engagement and success. Advising is a shared responsibility between the student and the Office for Continuing Students (part of the LA&PS Centre for Student Success), individual departments, divisions and programs of the Faculty as well as the Faculty affiliated Colleges.

The Office for Continuing Student advisers will provide advice, guidance and support, as well as strategies and guidelines for continued educational success. We will provide accurate information of academic policies, procedures, regulations and degree requirements. We are here to answer your questions and when unable to provide an answer, we will find the person who can, or refer you to the resource that will help you find your answer.

As a student it is important for you to recognize your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the academic policies, procedures, and requirements, published each year in the undergraduate calendar. It is important for you to continually monitor your progress toward graduation and for your academic choices. Help us to help you by preparing your questions in advance of your advising appointment.

To assist with academic planning, we recommend you view the Program Information, Student Resources and Quick Link resources on our website.
