McLaughlin College's Annual Kids Day
Kid's Day is an all day event at McLaughlin College, that is normally held in early March. Every year we host roughly 40 grade four and five elementary school students from Shoreham Elementary school for an active day of games, fun, and friendship. Our schedule for Kid's Day usually consists of the following activities:
- relay races, scavenger hunts, camp games,
- awards, child/adult buddies, time in the gym, pizza lunch
- T-shirts and smiles
Kid's day has made MAC popular throughout York because of the great York buddies who volunteer their time, talent, and services. We usually need 90 to 120 volunteers for a worthwhile day! Those who are interested in being a mentor and buddy to children who need and love to get attention can pick up applications from the MAC Council Office (143 MC) in February.

further the success of Kid's Day.
