Study Hall (Rm 016 McLaughlin)
The Study Hall is located in Rm 016 McLaughlin College. It is open from September to April.

Encounter Canada (Enquiries Rm 226 McLaughlin)
Jointly sponsored and organised with Vanier College, this programme is traditionally an all day symposium on issues in Canadian Culture and Public Affairs.

McLaughlin Junior Common Room (JCR) (Rm 014 McLaughlin)
A great quiet place to meet friends or relax. The JCR is the centre for Public Policy events as well as for a wide variety of McLaughlin’s social and cultural activities.

McLaughlin Senior Common Room (SCR) (Rm 140 McLaughlin)
An intimate and well appointed meeting room for both student and faculty use.

Master’s Dining Room (Rm 049 McLaughlin)
For dinners hosted by the Master and available for special occasions, through reservation.

Bunk Rooms (Rm 226 McLaughlin 736-5128, ext.77082)
Bunk rooms are currently on hold.

Art Gallery and Screening Room (Rm 001 McLaughlin)
McLaughlin now houses an Art Gallery/Screening Room. Students will have the opportunity to display their arts through the College’s Art shows. Film and Video presentations as well as exhibitions can be booked through the Master's Office.

The M.A.L.L. (McLaughlin Academic Life Line)
The McLaughlin Academic Life Line is staffed by students for students under the direction of the College Academic Advisor. The purpose of the M.A.L.L. is to provide you with the information you need to succeed as a student at York. The M.A.L.L. is staffed five days a week by senior students chosen on the basis of their academic success and knowledge of University life. We can answer your questions about all aspects of life at York, or put you in touch with someone who can.
