MHRC Graduate Students participate in February Research Month

February is Research Month at York University. The Faculty of Health show cased research activities by displaying posters and research details in the Vari Hall rotunda on February 15, 2012.

The Muscle Health Research Centre (MHRC) was represented by graduate students Heather Carter and Anna Vainshtein who participated by discussing their work on exercise-induced mitochondrial biogenesis, and autophagy proteins in skeletal muscle, respectively. (see photos below).
