Muscle Health Awareness Day (MHAD) Poster Awards
MSc and PhD Award Competition
Five (5) posters for the MSc competition, and five (5) posters for the PhD competition will be pre-selected from those submitted by the abstract deadline. The ten (10) finalists will be notified one week prior to the event, and must be available to present their posters at the times specified on the program. Two (2) winners in each category will be selected, and they will receive a certificate and a $150 honorarium. The winner will be announced at the end of day.
Criteria for Selection:

relationship of the research to muscle health

rationale and experimental design well indicated
-
significance of the research well described
-
ease of understanding of the written abstract
-
quality and appearance of poster
-
ability to answer questions

MSc and PhD Award Competition
Eligibility:
Abstracts for the MSc competition (4-5), and PhD competition (4-5) will be pre-selected from those who indicate they wish to apply for the award on the OEP registration/abstract submission form.
The ten (10) finalists will be notified prior to the event, and must be available to present their posters during the Saturday morning sessions.
Students cannot apply for both OEP Graduate Student Award and MHRC Student award.
Two (2) winners in each category will be selected, and they will receive a certificate and a $150 honorarium. The winner will be announced at the Banquet Dinner on Saturday night. Once identified prior to the meeting, the 10 finalists must indicate their willingness to be present at the Banquet dinner on Saturday night in order to qualify for the Award.
