Information for Faculty

Convocation ceremonies for Keele campus will be held at the Convocation Pavilion, Rexall Centre, located at 1 Shoreham Drive, on the west side of campus.

The Glendon campus ceremony will be located on the Glendon campus, 2175 Bayview Avenue.

The dates for June 2012 Convocation have been set and all ceremonies will take place on the following dates:

  • June 8, 2012 and June 11-16, 2012

Expand Ticket Information

Faculty members who are part of the platform party do not require a ticket to convocation. Faculty members who are not robing and wish to attend convocation may obtain a ticket from the box office approximately one hour before the scheduled ceremony start time. Tickets are not available in advance.

Expand Faculty Shuttle Bus Schedule

A shuttle will be provided for each ceremony between the home Faculty and the Rexall Centre. The shuttle will run continually in the time indicated for the period both before and after the ceremony.

Expand Faculty Robing Locations

Faculty robing for ceremonies at Keele campus will occur one hour prior to the ceremony and will take place in the Chancellor's Robing Room (Player's Lounge, Rexall Centre).

Faculty robing for the Glendon campus ceremony will occur one hour prior to the ceremony in the Theatre, York Hall.

Faculty members can wear their own regalia or can reserve regalia when completing the online RSVP (not yet available) .
