Please note: we strongly recommend you confirm with the graduand which ceremony they were invited to and ensure that they provide you with a ticket(s). For more information on tickets, click here.
Fresh flowers will be available for purchase at Convocation or are available to pre-order and reserve at: www.ConvocationFlowers.ca/index.php/YorkUniversity.
June & October convocations will be held at the Convocation Pavilion, Aviva Centre, located at 1 Shoreham Drive, on the west side of campus.
Please note: The Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA ceremony will take place in the McEwen Auditorium, Seymour Schulich Building which is also located at Keele campus.
June convocation for the Glendon ceremony will be held on the Glendon campus, located at 2275 Bayview Avenue.
October convocation for Glendon will be held at the Convocation Pavilion, Aviva Centre, located at 1 Shoreham Drive, on the west side of campus.

Lost and Found
Any items found on the convocation grounds at the Aviva Centre will be returned to the York University lost and found. These items will be available for pick up one week after the completion of the last ceremony. For more information on lost and found items, please click here.
