Across Boundaries

Across Boundaries is a mental health centre that provides a range of support and services to people of color in the Greater Toronto Area who are experiencing severe mental health problems/serious mental illness.  We employ a holistic approach to mental health care and operate within an anti-racism framework.

Echo's mission is greater health for women through leadership, productive partnerships and research based action.  Mental health and addictions, chronic disease, and sexual and reproductive health are the areas of initial focus for Echo's work.

Women's Health in Women's Hands Community Health Centre

Women's Health In Women's Hands (WHIWH) Community Health Centre provides Primary Healthcare to Black Women and Women of Colour from the Caribbean, African, Latin American and South Asian communities in Metropolitan Toronto and surrounding municipalities. WHIWH is committed to working from an inclusive feminist, pro-choice, anti-racist, anti-oppression, and multilingual participatory framework in addressing the issue of access to healthcare for our mandated priority populations encompassing gender, race, class, violence, sexual orientation, religion, culture, language, disability, immigration status and socio-economic circumstances.
