Overview
The Committee for the online course evaluations and University Information Technology (UIT) have partnered to develop a new system called ONCE to support online evaluations and reports.
The ONCE system is a secure web-based application. Authorized users will be able to log into the system using their Passport York username and password.

Participating Faculties
The following faculties/departments are currently participating in online course evalations:
- Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies
- Faculty of Education
- Faculty of Health
- Faculty of Environmental Studies
- Faculty of Fine Arts
- Faculty of Science & Engineering - Only some Math, Biology, and Natural Science courses
If you are a member of a Faculty/Department that is not currently participating in online course evaluations please contact your departmental or Dean's office to indicate your interest.
