Justice Behind the Walls- Dedicated to the advancement of human rights in Canadian prisons.

Prisoner's Justice Action Committee- Toronto-based organization

Canadian Association of Elizabeth Fry Societies- Social service and advocacy group for women in prison.

Prisoners HIV/AIDS Support Action Network- a community-based network of prisoners, ex-prisoners, organizations, activists and individuals working together to provide advocacy, education, and support to prisoners on HIV/AIDS, HCV and related issues.

Sumoud- A political prisoners solidarity group

Critical Resistance- seeks to build an international movement
to end the Prison Industrial Complex by challenging the belief
that caging and controlling people makes us safe.

Prison Activist Resource Center- PARC is a prison abolitionist all volunteer grass roots group committed to exposing and challenging the institutionalized racism of the prison industrial complex.

African American and Latino Prisoner Narratives- Website dedicated to raising awareness about the prison industrial complex, racism, and political prisoners.

Prison Moratorium Project- New York based resource offering workshops, videos, etc.

The Real Cost of Prisons- brings together justice activists, political economists, artists, justice policy researchers and people directly experiencing the impact of mass incarceration to create popular education workshops and materials which explore both the immediate and long-term costs of incarceration on the individual, her/his family, community and the nation.
