Four expert facilitators have been selected to coordinate and facilitate the moot negotiations. They are:

  • Kim Murray, Executive Director of Aboriginal Legal Services.
  • Ward Laforme, formerly a facilitator with the Indian Commission of Ontario)
  • Kathleen Lickers, lawyer at the Six Nations Reserve, and former counsel with the Indian Claims Commission.
  • Jeffery Hewitt, in-house counsel for Mnjikaning First Nation.
Osgoode Hall is very grateful for the time these facilitators have agreed to devote to the moot.
