Philosophy of the Social Sciences is an international journal which publishes articles, discussions, symposia, literature surveys, translations, and review symposia of interest both to philosophers concerned with the social sciences and to social scientists concerned with the philosophical foundations of their subjects.  No school, party, or style of philosophy of the social sciences is favored.  Debate between schools is encouraged.  There are six issues per year.  Selected articles are published early in Online First.
