QCsolver is York’s new on-line vendor registration and management system developed to streamline the administrative tasks associated with vendor management and ensures that all vendor information is kept up-to-date in York’s financial systems.

To maintain your status as a potential supplier of goods and/or services to the University all approved York vendors are required to register using the QCsolver vendor management portal. Some of the key benefits for registering on the QCsolver portal include:

To update your current York profile and remain an approved vendor/contractor, it will be necessary for you to maintain up-to-date documentation within the portal and annually submit a portal access renewal fee.
