But the land was unseen and unfurnished, and gloom upon the abyss, god’s breath
was carried upon the water.

And the god knew the light that it was beautiful. And the god separated up the middle of the
light and up the middle of the gloom.

And the god called the light day and the gloom night. And evening happened e)ge/neto
and day- break happened; day one.

And the god said let solid happen in the middle of the water, and let there be
separation up the middle of water from water. And it happened just like that.

And god fashioned the solid, and the god separated up the middle of the water,
which was below the solid and up the middle of the water upon the solid.

And the god called the solid sky. And the god knew it was nice. And evening
