Group Members / Areeba Chaudhry

Areeba was born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada. She is currently an undergraduate student pursuing an honors B.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences at York University. During her first year at York, she developed a passion for research in biological chemistry and was excited to obtain an internship with Professor Hili's research group. Areeba is interested in pursuing a career in research or medicine. She is actively involved in the York community and enjoys taking on mentorship roles such as being a peer tutor and Science Student Ambassador. In her free time, Areeba loves to volunteer in the community, spend time with friends, learn new recipes, and practice different languages.
