Signature Events
Peer SHOP (Sexual Health Outreach Program) is a new program on campus to give students a confidential space to talk with their peer health educators about sex.
Let's talk...healthy relationships, sexual health, sex toys, contraception, sexually transmitted infection protection, sexual pleasure and more!
Peer SHOP takes place every week in S171 Ross Building (next to Student Community & Leadership Development reception). Check out our events calendar to learn when we’ll be open.
Wellness Wednesday
Each Wednesday, watch for York’s Peer Health Education Team! We’ll be out on campus providing interactive displays on exciting health topics. Our Peer Health Educators are York students just like you, so they understand your questions and concerns.
Visit our information booth to learn about:
- stress,
- healthy eating,
- tips to quit smoking and how to help a friend quit smoking,
- and many other topics.
We always have free condoms, great resources and information at our booth.
To see a full list of Wellness Wednesday topics and locations, check out our Calendar of Events.
