The Vice-President Finance and Administration shall be responsible for establishing, from time to time, formal procedures and regulations applicable to University buildings. Procedures and regulations shall include institutional standards for controlling access to University buildings and interior building areas as well as a delineation of institutional and local responsibilities and accountabilities.
The Vice-President Finance and Administration shall be responsible for ongoing monitoring to assure University-wide compliance with formal procedures and regulations.
