York University Apartments

The York University Apartments are a complex of apartment buildings administered by the Office of Student Housing Services catering to graduate students, students with families and mature undergraduate students over the age of 21. Occupancy is by lease for a specified period of time and both furnished and unfurnished models are available. The York Univeristy Apartments consist of 5 high-rise buildings, and a stacked Townhouse building. All buildings are located in the south section of the York campus. Four high-rise buildings are situated on Assiniboine Road just south of the campus core, and offer bachelor, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, most of which are furnished. The fifth high rise building, 90 Atkinson Road, is located nearby, and offers unfurnished bachelor, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
The Passy Gardens Apartments, located on Passy Crescent, offer furnished bachelor and one-bedroom townhouses in a courtyard setting. Six one-bedroom apartments in Passy Gardens and two in Assiniboine Road are modified for wheelchair accessibility. Students with special needs based on medical factors should discuss these before accepting furnished apartments, as changes will not be made after a lease has been signed.

The Housing office will be open on the last weekend of August and the first weekend of September, 2012, from 10am to 2pm, on the following days:

If you are picking up your keys to move in, please be here during office hours. If you are unable to arrive during office hours you will have to make alternative arrangements at your own expense.
