Thank you for your interest in York University Apartments. We are currently renting for immediate and September 2012 occupancy.
Your completed application form is valid from 1 January to 31 December of the year completed. In the first week of January each year, all applications from the previous year will be deleted and the new processing list will commence.
Once you have received your acknowledgement of receipt of application and you want an update on the status of your application, you may contact us about 6 weeks prior to your desired date of occupancy. We will not know availability of apartments prior to that time, as we offer year-round tenancy and our tenants give us 60 days notice to vacate their apartments.
We make every effort to ensure the information posted on our website is as current as possible. However, is it necessary from time to time to alter policies and procedures and the University reserves the right to make these changes. Only students registered in a full-time degree program and those who have received admission to the University to a full-time degree program may apply for on-campus housing.
You may not submit an application form if you currently reside in the York Apartments as a primary tenant. You may re-apply only when you vacate your apartment.
Please note: Bachelor apartments are suitable for only one person. One-bedroom apartments are suitable for 2 people or 2 people and a small child. Two-bedroom apartments are suitable for families with a maximum of 2 children.
