In this study, we attempt to find out what kind of attributes and behaviours people associate with effective leaders and followers. We would like to ask you to complete the questions below as accurately as possible. There are no right or wrong answers. Your answers will not in any way influence your mark in OBIR5100 or any other class. Completion of the survey will take about 10 minutes. Participation is absolutely voluntary; you can end your participation at any point.
