Thank you for your interest in completing this survey. The purpose is to gather information on your perceptions of using a sound field system in your class, and it should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Completing this survey is voluntary and you may exit the survey without your answers being recorded at any time. All responses will be kept confidential.

Please answer the following questions about your observations and experiences with the sound field system

2. Students participate more frequently during classroom discussion
3. Students seem to better remember and paraphrase what they heard
4. Students volunteer to speak in front of the class more frequently (e.g volunteering to answer questions, volunteering to read aloud, volunteering to work at the blackboard, etc.)
5. Students are more likely to ask questions when unsure of directions or information
6. Students listen more attentively
7. Students are more focused and listen appropriately even when the topic is unfamiliar or less interesting to them
8. Students are more likely to have good turn taking skills during group discussions
9. Students seem more able to orally express ideas and concepts clearly
10. Students are less likely to fidget, move around or be off-task
11. Students are less likely to annoy or interfere with other students’ work
12. Students show better listening comprehension
