UECR assists with visits of high-profile guests to York to ensure that arrangements, protocol and logistical standards and requirements are observed.

Our Staff can assist you with:
  • coordinating the visit with the University calendar
  • providing advice on how to evaluate the adequacy of the visit budget
  • risk assessment and security arrangements
  • coordinating publicity and media relations
In collaboration with the Offices of Admissions and Recruitment, UECR also engages student ambassadors to provide campus tours as part of individualized visitor itineraries.
