Audience: This course is open to CPM employees who have graduated from the Leading Edge SSLiA Program.
 
Designed for graduates of the Leading Edge Program, this workshop will assist you in acquiring the knowledge and skills to create and maintain trusting relationships with your team, your leaders, your peers, and your family and friends. 
As a result of this workshop you will:
  • Explore the importance of trust in leading teams and individuals
  • Identify the elements of trust
  • Identify your strengths and challenges in building trust
