Tuning Up Your Health Workshop Nov 6, 2012, 12:30-1:30PM Physical health and mental health are interconnected. This workshop will provide a brief overview of how students can manage their stress by eating healthfully, getting more sleep and incorporating more physical activity into their lives. All participants will leave with resources they can use to help build healthy habits. The workshop is free and open to all York students. Space, however, is limited.
