Annual Tsai Lecture

The Mrs. Kwei Hsien Wang and Mr. Gamaliel Tsai Lecture is offered due to the said donors’ generous donation to the Nathanson Centre, and brings speakers to Osgoode Hall Law School to address topics related to national security, crime and corruption. The 2012 Tsai Lecture will be delivered on Thursday, Nov. 29 at Osgoode Hall Law School by Ian Loader, professor of criminology at All Souls’ College, University of Oxford, on the theme of “The Consumption of Security”.
