Brown Bag Lunch: Research into University level teaching and learning

As evidence based researchers we know how to research in our disciplines. But how do we apply the same rigour and scholarly approach to our teaching practice? Come to this introductory session to find out how and why to begin to research in this field. Refreshments will be provided, but please remember to bring your own lunch. Please also try to be on time and plan to stay for the whole session. Each month the Teaching Commons hosts two or more 90-minute teaching related meetings aimed at York's new faculty.
