Celebrate Chandeleur today with a French crêpe for just $5

Today is Chandeleur, the Catholic celebration of Candlemas, a religious holiday that is celebrated on Feb. 2 with a feast of crêpes. The Department of French Studies in York’s Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies is celebrating Chandeleur by offering French crêpes in support of Haiti.

For just $5, you can enjoy a delicious French crêpe. All proceeds will be donated to the Canada for Haiti coalition. The crêpes will be available from 11:30am to 1:30pm in N732 Ross Building on York’s Keele campus.
