Bylines
The byline follows the headline. (See CP Stylebook for general rules on when to use bylines.)
If fthe article or column is written by a staff writer or regular contributor to a publication whose name is already listed somewhere in the publication, one need include only the name.

If the item is submitted by a freelancer, a student, faculty or staff member from another department or area of the University or elsewhere, some additional identification should be included at the end of the article.
