If your YU-card is lost or stolen, you are responsible for use of the card until your account is frozen.

You can freeze your account immediately using the Online YU-card Office (My Accounts tab).

If you are unable to use the Online YU-card Office, you may call the YU-card Office.

If you cannot find your YU-card, you can obtain a replacement at the YU-card Office. There is a $20 administration fee to produce a new card.
