Stress Management Workshop

Your thoughts affect your mood, your mood affects your thoughts.
This two-hour workshop shows you how to use cognitive therapy and relaxation techniques to interrupt negative thoughts and change your mood. These techniques are especially useful in creating a positive mindset and eliminating mental blocks before beginning an exam or important paper.
This workshop is free and open to all York students. Students interested in attending can register at N110 Bennett Centre. Spaces are limited, so register early.
