Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

Beginners or experienced meditators are invited to join a mindfulness-based cognitive behaviour therapy program being run through the York University Psychology Clinic. During this 10-session program you will have the opportunity to practise mindfulness meditation and ask questions about how meditation can help cultivate creativity, attentiveness and tranquility, and help you deal with stress more effectively. The group is led by Dr. Paul Ritvo.
Fee: $150 for the 8 session program ($50 for students with valid ID).
