Getting Published!: Harlequin Enterprises and the manuscript process.
Harlequin Enterprises is one of the world's leading publishers of books for women – and not just romance novels. Amy Wilkins, from Harlequin’s digital and internet team, will provide information about the robust women’s fiction and romance industry. She will explain how Harlequin’s acquisition and publication process works, with an emphasis on the unique world of e-publishing. As part of the acquisition team for Harlequin’s digital-only imprint, Carina Press, she will also give insight on what makes a successful romance novel and common reasons why manuscripts are accepted or rejected.
