Disordered Eating & Body Image Support Group

- Ever worry that you’re too fat, even though your friends say you are too thin?
- Ever worry that you are obsessed with exercise to control your weight?
- Ever worry that food dominates your thinking?
- Ever worry that you’ve lost control over how much you eat?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this support group might be for you. This is a drop-in support group offered on Tuesdays in January, February and March – registration is not necessary. It is free and open to all York students.
Dates: Jan. 24 and 31, Feb. 7, 14, 21 and 28, March 6 and 13
