Book your summer workout with the Dance to your Health program.
Get moving during the day, plus learn to dance during this six-week program. Each 40-minute weekly session will run on Tuesdays at lunch time, from 12:10pm to 12:50pm, June 19 to 26, and July 3,10,17 and 24.
The cost is $50 for six weeks. Come and enjoy learning to dance and bring your friends. This dance program will help you move and dance at a reasonable pace and exercise at the same time.
Register by completing the registration form online at the Health Leadership & Learning Network and fax it to 416-736-5760 or drop it off to Room 428, Health, Nursing & Environmental Studies building.
