CONFERENCE RATIONALE Education plays a crucial role in alleviating poverty by addressing health issues, gender inequality, access to education, as well as facilitating skills development. However, global barriers to accessing education still exists today. Collaboration is therefore key to increasing the accessibility of education. This conference aims to enhance knowledge sharing across various participant sectors in development to highlight the important role of education in poverty eradication as well as to analyse the dynamic role of education in poverty eradication.
CONFERENCE GOALS
- To bring together actors focusing on the importance of education as a means of eradicating poverty.
- Discussions on the role of education in poverty eradication and sharing of best deomonstrated practices.
- Engage actors from public, private, academia and non-profit sectors in constructive dialogue.
