Stress Management Workshop

Your thoughts affect your mood. Your mood affects your thoughts. This two-hour workshop will show you how to use cognitive therapy and relaxation techniques to interrupt negative thoughts and change your mood. These techniques will be especially useful in creating a positive mindset and eliminating mental blocks before writing an exam or beginning an important paper.
The workshop is free and open to all York students. Space, however, is limited. If you would like to attend, please come to N110 Bennett Centre to register.
