Fact and Fiction: Forms of Writing

Speakers Naeem Inayatullah and Sorayya Khan will deliver a seminar that reflects on the continuity that manifests across the various forms and modalities of writing.They will also reflect on the ways in which the themes that animate our work are replicated throughout our careers and commitments, and on the question of how various forms of writing allow us to access and orbit these themes in different ways. The speakers will facilitate a discussion of the rupture or "wound" that catalyzes and animates our writing, whether academic, creative, poetic, or autoethnographic/biographic.
