Mimi Starikova, the official yoga instructor at York University and president of Toronto Yoga Centre, is inviting you to her Wednesday noon yoga classes to feel positive and great about yourself, get better concentration and gain maximum energy for the rest of the day. Presented by Seneca @York U.
Note: Simple yet effective hatha yoga asanas (poses), breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation will be taught. Benefits of classical yoga include developing deep, relaxed breathing; increasing core strength, flexibility and range of motion; improving balance, body metablism, posture, confidence, concentration and focus; and eliminating body toxins.
