Mental Health Tune-Up

Engine running slow? Need your batteries recharged? This workshop will help you to: (i) identify your stressors, (ii) use stress management strategies to promote good health and optimal performance and (iii) use simple relaxation techniques that you can do anywhere and anytime to recharge your engines.
This workshop is free and open to all York students. No pre-registration required.
