Come for a gentle hatha yoga class with instructor Emily Saunders. The series of classes is designed specifically with students in mind, with the focus on meditation, increasing physical endurance and stress relief, all done in a non-judgmental environment.
All levels are welcome, especially beginners. Some mats are provided; however, if you have your own please bring it. A non-perishable food donation is welcome and encouraged.
