Yoga Classes: January Edition

Come for a gentle hatha yoga class with instructor Emily Saunders. The series of classes are designed specifically with students in mind, with the focus on meditation, increasing physical endurance and stress relief in a non-judgmental environment.
All levels are welcome, especially beginners. Some mats are provided, however, please bring your own mat if you have one. A non-perishable food donation is welcome and encouraged.
Dates: Friday, Jan. 10, 17, 24 and 31.
