Breaking Out of Your Shell Workshop Series

This is a four-part workshop series that will run on Thursdays from Feb. 28 to March 20. Each week will build on the previous week and focus on a different topic/skill.
- Week 1: What is shyness/social anxiety? You will be given the opportunity to evaluate your difficulties and identify personal goals in this session.
- Week 2: You will explore the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
- Week 3: You will explore your thoughts and practise relaxation training.
- Week 4: You will learn to better cope with life problems and improve your social skills.
Students interested in taking part do not need to pre-register. We do recommend that you attend all four sessions.
