Farewell to the National Network on Environments and Women's Health
Mar 23, 2017, 12pm-1:30pm
After 21 years, the National Network on Environments & Women's Health (NNEWH) is saying goodbye to York University. Come and help us celebrate NNEWH's legacy of critical feminist research on women's health and the environment.
In recent years, NNEWH did important research into pollution and drinking water, endocrine disruption, the regulation of chemicals and toxic exposures in the workplace.
There will be food and drinks, as well as books, posters, pamphlets, bags, water bottles etc. to be given away. Tributes by co-directors Anne Rochon Ford and Dayna Nadine Scott; Dean Noel Sturgeon and Professor Pat Armstrong.
RSVP by Tuesday, March 21, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
