Pedagogically, such partnerships situate the relationship between teaching and learning as fundamentally dialogic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project will expand the scope of the program piloted in 2019-2020 so that a broad range of students and faculty have the opportunity to critically reflect on teaching and learning practices together. The project will first complete an environmental scan and scoping review leading to the redesign of the program\u2019s various features, to include a student training program and a peer mentor structure.
