New Keele Campus Vision furthers York’s commitment to Right the Future

York’s bold new Campus Vision is intentionally inclusive, sustainable, and welcoming to our neighbours.

Through re-imagining 190 acres of land at Keele campus, our Campus Vision actively supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Living Well Together begins with:

  • reinvigoration of the Harry W. Arthurs Common, the location of York University station on the new Yonge-University Subway line
  • development of four new neighbourhoods within the Keele Campus including:
    •  a commercial centre
    • a high-tech district
    • a primarily residential district
    • a second residential, commercial, and athletic neighbourhood closer to the Pioneer Village station
